How are my credentials stored?

All passwords are hashed using bcrypt with industry-standard cost factors. We never store plaintext passwords.

What is account lockout protection?

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes to prevent brute-force attacks.

How should I store my wallet credentials?

Important: Your seed phrase and private keys are your responsibility.

  • Write them down on paper (not digitally)
  • Store in a secure location (safe, safety deposit box)
  • Never share with anyone
